Order Tracking System – Customer Portal Tutorial

Dear Customer,

You can now easily track the status of your order anytime in the Customer Portal (top menu of our website). Simply create a PIN the first time you visit and log in with your Customer No. to check your order status anytime.

First-time user must create a PIN before using the system. You can also use the same process to reset your PIN later.

  • Click Create & Reset PIN.

Set up your PIN

  • Input your Customer No. and Customer P/O No.
  • Both numbers can be found on the Order Confirmation (see the red arrow in the image).
  • Any one of your customer’s P/O numbers can be used.
  • Click Verify. If the information is correct, you will be prompted to create a New PIN.
  • The PIN must be 6 digits.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Log in

  • Enter your Customer No. and PIN, then press Enter or click LOGIN.

 View your orders and Account options

  • On the left side, you can see orders categorized under In Progress and Finished.
  • The icon on the top right allows you to change your PIN or log out.
