13. Opt-in Method Customers can opt-in for SMS messaging by contacting sales rep or customer service. They consent to receive text messages from Copperfit.
14. Opt-out Method Once customers opt-in and initiate a conversation through text messages, an opt-out language will always be sent to them. Customers have the option to opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. Once they opt-out, no further communication will be sent to them.
